Audit Team Held Its Opening Meeting at the General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports

Audit Team held its opening meeting with the participation of Mr. Mawlavi Mohammad Esa Khan Rahib, Director of Da’wah and Guidance, Mr. Abdulahad Qayoumi, Director of Education, Health, and Cultural Sector Audit, Mr. Hafiz Ahmad Jan Zadran, Technical and Professional Deputy of the General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports and others on 14 January 2023.

In this meeting, the SAO audit team talked about the protection of public funds under the instructions of the Holy Quran and Hadiths. In addition to that, they talked about the competencies and responsibilities of the Supreme Audit Office and the obligations of the institutions under the audit process. 
The audit team has considered the audit as a process of correcting the defects and shortcomings in the organizations and has requested the authorities to cooperate in the audit process and provide the required documents and information timely to the audit team.
