Audit Report of Private Hospitals and Clinics of Kabul City Published for Citizens

The Supreme Audit Office audited the performances of the private hospitals and clinics considering the following issues and its report is hereby published to enhance the awareness of the citizen.
• To evaluate the method of promoting the control and monitoring plans for implementation of health legislations in private hospitals and clinics.
• To evaluate the monitoring system and assess the activities and performances of private hospitals and clinics and its reporting system.
• To ensure from the existence of procedures, manuals, mechanisms and work processes for continuous monitoring and control of the law implementation in health centers.
• To ensure the registration and performance of all health centers in accordance with the existing health laws and procedures.
The designated delegates of the Supreme Audit Office audited the performance of 30 hospitals and 14 clinics in Kabul city as a sample, and finally prepared their finding in 8 parts and provided 14 recommendations.
The report of the mentioned audit is published for the awareness of the citizens who are an important stakeholder of the Supreme Audit Office.
For access to information, the leadership of supreme Audit Office has executed efficient and useful actions such as involvement of citizens in participatory audit and publishing of audit reports for citizen.
