Audit Team Held Opening and Coordination Meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Following the working procedure of the Supreme Audit Office, the audit team held its opening and coordination meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 19/02/2023 with the presence of Mr. Mowlavi Noor Haidar Sadr, Legal Advisor of SAO, Mr. Muhammad Nasim Sahar, Director of Governance and Rule of Law Sector Audit and other members of the team; and Mr. Mowlavi Rahmatullah Fazil, Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Noor Haider Sadr provided information about the goals, competencies and responsibilities of SAO, and later on, Mr. Muhammad Nasim Sahar gave details about the procedure of audit in public institutions. He also asked the authorities to cooperate in the audit process at that ministry. 
Later, Mr. Mowlavi Rahmatullah Fazil acknowledged the audit as a guide for governmental departments in eliminating their gaps and deficiencies. He also committed for his full support in the process of audit.
