The policy for increasing of women participation in civil service organizations was introduced to the staff of the Supreme Audit Office (SAO)

Ms. Wahida Azizi, Head of monitoring the policy for Increasing of women participation in civil service departments of Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC), today dated Jawza 3, 1400, introduced the policy for increasing of women participation in civil service departments to the staff of the Supreme Audit Office (SAO) and provided detailed information in this regard. 

The policy was first proposed by the First Lady and focuses on three main areas: increasing women participation in government, creating a safe working environment for women and providing work facilities for women equal to men, and it is introduced and implemented by the IARCSC to ministries and independent directorates. 
This policy was prepared at the end of 1397 (solar year) and its implementation started in 1398 and it will be introduced to more than 57 ministries and governmental entities during the year 1400.
