Sixteen newly recruited auditors have completed Three-Months professional audit training Course 

The Professional Development Directorate have completed its three-month professional audit training course and the participants received their certificates by SAO officials.  
Mr. Said Rahman Rahman, Head of the Professional Development Directorate, said at the beginning of the ceremony: the department has succeeded in completing this three-month-long program of capacity building with the cooperation of the leadership of the SAO. The course mainly focused on the basics of audit, accounting,  financial management, law, the basics of management, computers and the English language.
During the program, Mr. Fazlullah Nezami, Senior Advisor to Auditor General, added that the aim of this three-month course is to prepare the auditors to conduct audit based on ISSAI standards and produce quality audit reports.
It is to be mentioned that besides the auditors of SAO, the internal auditors of Internal Audit Dep. of other Ministries and Government Organizations also joined and graduated from this program. 
The three months professional training program is continuous process and the seconded batch of this program will start soon. 
The main objective of this program is to develop the capacity of both external and internal auditors, so that we can perform audit based on ISSAI standards and achieving the goal of  strengthening the transparency, accountability and good governance in public sector entities.
